On Friday Mrs Mudge and Jack (Penny's brother) brought in one of Mrs Mudge's chickens to show us. Mrs Mudge has 4 girl chickens and one boy. The chicken that came to school was called Hilda. She is 12 years old!
She lays eggs for Mrs Mudge.
Hilda was very tame. She even let us pat her!
