ART EXPO

This evening Riverdale School held their Art Expo.  So many parents came to see it.  Don't panic if you missed out tonight, we have left all our art in our classroom so you can pop in tomorrow morning and see all our creativity.  

The Art Expo was the Act part of our Inquiry.  We hope you enjoyed see all the lovely art pieces around the school.

 

INQUIRY - ART EXHIBITION

On Tuesday we got a letter from Mrs Peck.  She has noticed all our beautiful art hanging in our classroom.  She would like us to put on an Art Exhibition later this term.  She made us a deal that she would write the invitations if we make the art. 

We said we would LOVE to!  We were HOOKED!

First we needed to take some time to WONDER about all the things that we need to do to be able to put on the exhibition.

We went into our Whanau groups and recorded all our thoughts and ideas.  Then we came back together to share our thinking.

Over the next few weeks, we will be learning different art techniques and making some amazing pieces of art.
